From the inception of Share International magazine, Benjamin Creme’s Master provided articles to be published not only at the time they were written, but also whenever appropriate according to world circumstances. The following two articles, first published in June 1999 and April 2015 respectively, consider the workings of the Laws — not of humanity, but of the Universe as part “of the next great step in the unfoldment of the Plan”. One day the world will see itself as One and that the Law brings changes which “are inevitable and just”.
Since mankind has, for the most part, rejected the rule of Law, it has experienced a series of disasters which it has interpreted as ‘acts of God’. These ‘acts of men’ bear little resemblance to the planned evolution of this Earth. When men realize this, they will make a concerted effort to readjust their thinking and actions, and thus set to rights the ‘rule of Law’. Gradually, the rhythm of the Law will impose itself on life and a new harmony and greater equilibrium will result.
To aid this process, a mighty Avatar stands behind Maitreya. The Spirit of Peace or Equilibrium, through the Law of Action and Reaction, pours His cosmic Presence upon the chaos of this world. Men do but dimly, so far, register the impact of this transforming force; nevertheless, the energies of Equilibrium now saturate the Earth. This being so, men can look forward to an extraordinary era of calm, different, indeed, from the turmoil of today.
Within that unparalleled era of peace and calm the new civilization will grow to ever more glorious heights: reaching for the stars, man will conquer space and destroy the illusion of time. The energies of cosmos, today unknown, will be harnessed and put to use. A growing sense of his divinity will drive man to look deeply within, finding thereby the essence of his true identity and his oneness with nature and God. Thus will his environment, no longer abused and prostituted to his ends, flourish and render back the sustenance for all his needs.
Thus will the new civilization represent the next great step in the unfoldment of the Plan. Thus will man regain the momentum of his evolution, lost so long ago. And thus shall We, your Elder Brothers, watch and encourage, warn and protect, and experience the joy of man’s return to the fold. Thus shall it be.
As Maitreya has so often stated: “men must see themselves as One.” This is the essential first step to all future progress; on the fulfilment of that condition everything else depends. The first task of Maitreya and His group will be to show men that this is so, that only then can self-destruction be avoided, that only then can the sleeping potential of man be unleashed for its next and great achievement.
We do not doubt that men will awaken to their Oneness. Underlying all man’s restless striving is the dawning awareness that all must share in the solving of the huge and manifold problems which beset them today; that the responsibility, like the problems, is global and indivisible, and that only through co-operation and self-denial can they adequately be met and overcome.
Maitreya, soon to appear before the world, has the task of opening men’s minds to these truths. Do not doubt His ability and success.
Men live in a changing world and must accept it as the norm. For some, these changes will seem threatening and unwelcome while for others, especially the young, they will be welcomed with open arms. Be assured that they are for the best, whatever your stance, for they reflect the needs of the time, and are inevitable and just.
Men should realize that they themselves are creating the conditions whereby these changes impact their lives. When this realism bears fruit, a smoother transition into the new time will become the norm.
Our advice to men is this: hold not to blaming unseen forces but realize your own part in creating the transformations of our time. Be assured that out of these transformations will come an ecstatic joy.
These articles are by a senior member of the Hierarchy of Masters of Wisdom. His name, well-known in esoteric circles, is not yet being revealed. Benjamin Creme, a principal spokesman about the emergence of Maitreya, was in constant telepathic contact with this Master who dictated his articles to him.
At every lecture he gave around the world, and virtually every day of his life, Benjamin Creme was asked numerous questions covering a vast range of topics. We draw on this large recorded resource and present here a selection of previously unpublished answers provided over the years by BC and his Master.
Share International has a large reserve of unpublished letters which were confirmed by Benjamin Creme and his Master to be genuine encounters with Masters, or a ‘spokesperson’. Other letters presented here are new, and while we cannot confirm or indicate whether a Master is involved, we present these letters for your consideration.
Dear Editor
On Saturday 15 August 2020, I went shopping with a friend. On our way there a man came up to us and asked us, “Do you believe in Jesus Christ?” I was surprised by his sudden question, but my friend replied, “Yes”, without any hesitation. When I nodded too in the affirmative, the man replied, “Keep going!” This was an answer I needed at that moment.
On the way back I saw him sitting down with his back turned to me and it gave me a warm feeling, because, for me, his behaviour meant an encouragement to go on working for Maitreya. And so I did — the following Sunday.

(1) On 30 March 2005 at about 9.10am, my mum had a car accident in which the car became a write-off, turning upside down and knocking down trees. When the police came, they were amazed she came out unscathed.
The accident was caused by her car skidding in the road. There were no other cars around and no people until two men appeared and helped her. They looked a bit like ‘work men’; builders I suppose. One was quite chubby. They stayed until the police arrived. They were also amazed that she survived.
My mum believes Divine Intervention took place. Were the two men Lord Maitreya and Master Jesus?

(2) On 18 June 2005, fellow meditator Richard and I were doing a meditation workshop. No-one seemed to be coming, so I put my hand on the Lord Maitreya’s ‘Hand’ card and said, “At least Lord Maitreya and Master Jesus come.... erh, I mean ‘at most’ as they’re the most important people!”
Since no-one had come, I suggested we go outside and entice them in. We went out armed with leaflets and cards. People smiled when I asked if they wanted to come to a free meditation but did not take us up on it. One man walked past rather fast and said, “I’ve signed it all.... tetrahedron thing!” I wondered if he was a Master since Richard had been talking about the ‘tetrahedron thing’ moments before.
Another man stopped and talked to us for a long time. He was amazed that I was not deterred by his comments and that I kept going strong, trying to show him Transmission Meditation was different and that there was one humanity, one religion, etc. He suggested that I sell expensive cars and get a commission on it at least! He was talking appropriately about good use of money, and I had been thinking the money for the hall would have been better spent on a wallpaper pasting table so that we could have set a table up at The Lanes in Brighton. I assured him that I was or would be, good at spending money. I was speaking to him at length and wondering if he was the Master Jesus or just an interesting man?
Dear Editor
In July 2017, a group member and I were on our way to give a presentation on the Emergence to therapists in a wellness centre in Grenoble. We arrived early to prepare the room, but we found a closed door, as a digicode was required to open it. The person who organized the event had forgotten to give the code to us, and she was unreachable. We made several phone calls to other people, but no-one was able to help. It was half an hour before the start of the talk and people would probably start arriving soon.
We had tried to tap random series of numbers and letters on the code pad, knowing perfectly that couldn’t work that way. We felt helpless, when suddenly I was inspired to dial a code that came from nowhere in my mind, and to our utter amazement, the door opened! Of course, we made sure to wedge it open.
Only one person came to listen to our story. Later, a person who belonged to the centre arrived and we asked her about the code. It had nothing to do with the one I dialled. …
Obviously, we had received some help from beyond. Again, I realized that we should always have trust in the power of miracles. Even if only for one person attending the event, a Master or somebody ‘out there’ had spent some energy to help in such an incredible way. We had a very nice conversation with that person, who was sceptical at first. She stayed almost two hours.
We present here phenomena which, to the editors, are “signs of hope” and “signs of the time”. Fortunately, our current stock of phenomena confirmed as real and genuine by Benjamin Creme’s Master is fairly large. However, in future we will also present material which has not been confirmed. We undertake to be as thorough as possible in our investigation of each ‘miracle’ or ‘sign’ and will present them for your consideration only, since we cannot now make use of the confirmation and additional information which in the past was always provided by Benjamin Creme’s Master. Further details, when available, are given in the captions to the photographs.
As M.N. from Nanko, Osaka, Japan, was leaving her home at about 8.30pm on 30 August 2020 she looked up at the sky to the north and saw an amazing aerial display of eight white lights. She was able to film the intriguing formations. The lights were grouped in two apparently totally static upside-down triangular formations. (See also following image)
(See also previous image)
There were a further two lights which moved at a constant speed and could be described as either orbiting around the main formation made up of the two triangles or as possibly moving along a diagonal plane between and through the triangles. These images were taken from the video to try to show that movement.

We present a selection of quotations on the theme of ‘Healing the planet and humanity’. The quotations are taken from Maitreya (Messages from Maitreya the Christ, Benjamin Creme’s Master (A Master Speaks, Volumes One and Two), and Benjamin Creme’s writings.
When humanity truly understands this law, the Law of Karma, not just as an intellectual idea, it will see that every thought, every action, sets into motion a cause or causes. The effects stemming from these causes make our lives for good or ill. (Benjamin Creme, The World Teacher for All Humanity)
It’s been a weird time, the last six months, and so it continues; perhaps it always was. It’s certainly been an unjust violent mess in varying degrees of severity, for as long as most can remember. With selfishness, division and pleasure firmly in the driving seat, and ‘the planet beautiful’, slowly choking to death under the weight of human greed and stupidity.

After Covid-19 erupted, widespread lockdowns were enforced in many countries, and for a brief interlude hush descended on towns and cities across the world. Whole populations from Europe to New Zealand, and most places in between, were forced to desist from ‘going out’ and socializing, made to curtail their habitual shopping urges and change their work patterns. …
A rare space opened, is still available, creating the opportunity to reflect on how life was and is being lived, individually and collectively; an opportunity to redefine what is important, and for those so inclined, to ponder life after the virus. A feeling of post-pandemic hope circulated among the hopeful. Could ‘things’ change for the good at last; would corporate governments emerge with a new attitude towards public services, towards ‘key workers’, who had suddenly become heroes, towards the environment and national healthcare systems (where they exist, and where they don’t with a recognition that they should), and to refugees and migrant workers?
Will the many acts of community kindness foster lasting social responsibility? Can the pause in consumerism, manufacturing, and travel ignite a major shift in political and social attitudes, leading to a change in policies and collective behaviour rooted in environmental and social responsibility? Many hope for such a long overdue bonanza, but as countries tentatively begin to emerge from the shadow of Covid the political rhetoric and corporate talk is depressingly predictable. …
Returning to ‘normal’ means re-igniting the consumer-based economy, encouraging consumerism and affirming negative, habitual patterns of behaviour. That’s what the politicians and the corporate voices are concerned about, and, while they may include the words ‘green’ or ‘alternative’, ‘renewable’, or ‘eco’, in their rousing duplicitous rhetoric, their principle goal is not salvaging the environment, changing behaviour and encouraging simplicity of living, it is generating profit, perpetuating ‘growth’. And the way that’s achieved is by populations consuming, irresponsibly and in excess. An economic system based and reliant upon limitless consumption, in all its facets, including animal agriculture, is completely incompatible with the health of the planet, and the well being of people.
Instead of excess, simplicity and sufficiency need to be the goals; responsible consumerism, in which goods and services are bought based on need, and choices/decisions are determined by the impact on the natural world. This requires personal effort and worldwide education. National public education programmes, run by governments in collaboration with environmental groups, are needed to make people aware of the impact of their behaviour on the environment, including animal agriculture; cutting out all animal food produce is the single most significant step individuals can take to help reduce their impact on the environment.
Changes in behaviour are essential, but governments, long-term political policies and corporations have the biggest impact; while the rhetoric from some in office may be resonant, it is difficult to see any politicians within the current crop who have the breadth of vision and the will to enact the radical measures needed if the environmental emergency is to be overcome. All are married to the existing structures and appear to believe in the pervasive socio-economic ideology. Intense public pressure then, like the actions undertaken by Extinction Rebellion, Greenpeace, the School Strike for Climate and others, is crucial and must be applied, consistently and forcefully if, and it is a loud and deeply troubling if, the needed actions to Save Our Planet and heal our societies — for the two are inextricably linked — are to take place within the time frame required.
A few years before the world had heard of Covid-19 a protest march took place as part of an international series of demonstrations. It was the March for Science which is now an international event held annually on Earth Day (22 April). The non-partisan movement celebrates science and the role it plays in everyday lives; rallies are held to emphasize the need for evidence-based policies in the public’s best interests. The first March for Science took place in 2017, and now a few years later the world is realizing how reliant we are on good science.
What happened to Earth Day celebrations in 2020? The planet’s largest civic event went entirely digital for the first time in its history. The Earth Day’s Network announced: “We resolved that after the Covid-19 pandemic ended, we would restore our Earth to a cleaner, fairer, better world for everyone.”
And it is science that is warning us now that, even if it is primarily for reasons of self-interest and self-preservation, we must take urgent action to protect our habitat, particularly the planet’s forests.
…
Researchers have a stark message for the world. They are telling the world’s leaders, “If you allow forests and biodiversity to be destroyed at current rates you will place humanity at risk of further new pandemics passing from animals to humans.” Ecologists and biologists will tell the UN Summit that there is now clear evidence of a strong link between environmental destruction and the increased emergence of deadly new diseases such as Covid-19.
According to Robin McKie, science and environmental editor for The Observer newspaper, “Rampant deforestation, uncontrolled expansion of farming and the building of mines in remote regions – as well as the exploitation of wild animals as sources of food, traditional medicines and exotic pets — are creating a ‘perfect storm’ for the spill-over of diseases from wildlife to people.” Almost a third of all emerging diseases have originated through the process of land use change, it is claimed. As a result, new epidemics may be expected.
“There are now a whole raft of activities — illegal logging, clearing and mining — with associated international trades in bushmeat and exotic pets, that have created this crisis,” said Stuart Pimm, professor of conservation at Duke University. “In the case of Covid-19, it has cost the world trillions of dollars and already killed almost a million people, so clearly urgent action is needed.”
Tens of millions of hectares of rainforest and other wild environments are being destroyed every year to make way for palm trees (for palm oil used in a variety of products), cattle farming and for mining and oil extraction. Vegetation and wildlife are hosts to viruses and bacteria which can then accidentally infect new hosts, such as humans and domestic livestock. These microbes may flourish in human hosts and therefore be easily transmitted to others and this results, in effect, in a new disease.
