From the inception of Share International magazine, Benjamin Creme’s Master provided an article every month for nearly 35 years. These were intended to be published not only at the time they were written, but also whenever appropriate according to world circumstances.
Seldom before has the world seemed so beset with problems. Across the globe, in almost every country, forces are afoot which disturb all balance and security. Chaos and mayhem wreak their terror on an ever-increasing scale. Millions suffer the most degrading hardship and want while whole nations convulse in the throes of change.
Into this cauldron has come the Christ. Recognized or not, His hand can be seen behind the outer turmoil, guiding and cementing the forces for good, ensuring their final triumph. Little as it may seem, a new order is being created from these warring forces, a new livingness from the ashes of the dying forms.
As commercialization spreads its cancer around the world, poisoning the life-blood of human relations, commerce and government, more and more are awakening to the danger, and are searching for new modes of intercourse and trade.
While ruthless and ambitious men spread havoc in their homelands, igniting the fires of hatred long slumbering in the hearts of their peoples, a new willingness to aid the victims and to counter the aggression asserts itself in the forum of the nations.
The hand of the Christ strays never from the helm. Only the fulfilment of the Law limits His range of action. Always, His forces are alert and ready to intervene when too heavy a weight would crush humanity’s cause.
Take heart, then, from the knowledge that these days of fire and fear will end; man’s long suffering and pain will soon be over. Take courage from the knowledge that man is not alone, that his Elder Brothers know and watch each painful, passing phase.
Prepare, now, to see and build the future. Envision it enfolded in your highest aspiration. Learn to be detached amid the present chaos and add not your quota of fears to the encroaching dark. Nearer than you may think is the day of rejoicing; hatred, too, in time, runs its course.
Awaken, soon, to the new day. Polish, anew, each bright aspiration. A new light, the Light of the World, is now, once more, among you. Reveal the growing light which now enters each sentient being, and redress the imbalances of old.
We watch and wait and are with you. Each day brings Our presence closer to your ken. When you see Us you will know that the time to work together for the safeguarding of the race has arrived: no longer must “market-forces” blight man’s ascending path. No longer must cruel ambition hold sway over the lives of the people. Never again must millions starve in the midst of plenty. No more must the future of the young be sold above their heads. The future of freedom and justice beckons. Accept it, accept it.

These articles are by a senior member of the Hierarchy of Masters of Wisdom. His name, well-known in esoteric circles, is not yet being revealed. Benjamin Creme, a principal spokesman about the emergence of Maitreya, was in constant telepathic contact with this Master who dictated his articles to him.
As we all know, the rule of law is essential to the survival of any civilization; it is vital in international relations. Respect for and compliance with all international treaties, conventions and standards the world has formulated for itself as fundamental criteria ensure justice for all, and make trust and peace possible.
What happens when this framework breaks down or is deliberately flouted is not unknown. History is littered with the scars of the collapse of the rule of law and of fundamental standards by which we live and conduct ourselves to ensure the security, the continuation and thriving of all. Have we forgotten even our relatively recent history, when we all agreed and hoped “Never again”?
The problem with history is, of course, that it is memory and is so easily subjective. And instead of the interests of the collective — the whole human race — we are able to blind ourselves to injustice done to others while demanding the right to revenge for ourselves, because our history is that we have suffered. And so the appalling litany of suffering, of both inflicting pain and cherishing wounds, of trading accusations, continues and pulls more and more bystanders into the mire of brutality.
It seems insane to spend time vying to equate crimes, wrongs and sufferings. … Why not look for parity in justice and reparations as the starting point for negotiations? When and how does it end? Must the world continue to see-saw between guilt and revenge and, as it does so, create the perfect opportunity for more money for a few billionaires through arms sales, more geopolitical gain, more expansion and aggrandisement? Unnecessary but well-inculcated guilt has held us hostage for too long; it has blinded us to today’s ghastly reality.
Negotiations must come, sanity must prevail if the world is to have a future. This applies to every war-torn region of our planet — Sudan, Yemen, Ukraine-Russia and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. But post-war reparations must recognize that this has never been an equal fight. False narratives are ingrained in the fabric of modern politics; the plain truth of decades of no justice for the dispossessed Palestinians and the consequent lack of a law-based security for Israel have yet to be acknowledged by the world’s leaders, who appear to have lost their moral compass and certainly their humanity. How can they stand aside without becoming complicit in this repulsive, brutish annihilation? We are witnessing plain genocide, clear ethnic cleansing, most certainly war crimes and crimes against humanity. We know it is the people who will lead their leaders into a new and just society. Hundreds of thousands are paying with loss of country, tens of thousands are losing their lives. If we remain silent we lose our humanity.
Can we remain silent? Can we the people do nothing when it is not only the lives and country of a whole people at stake but the humanity of us all? This is an attack on our essence — our humanity; our minds and hearts are at risk. This period in our history is a testing time, if not the pivotal moment for the global community. If we cannot in these inhumane times find the courage to demand a ceasefire, justice and an end to slaughter then, we believe, we must resign ourselves to further tragedy and an even more terrible battle against this dehumanizing force. And not only in the Middle East. In no country on our planet do all citizens live happy, healthy, comfortable, secure, educated, creative lives in clean, flourishing natural environments. We know we need better governance and policies to protect people and planet; we need real justice for all, new standards, a clearer definition of a civilized society.
In this issue we have included a number of articles by Benjamin Creme’s Master, and answers to difficult but relevant questions provided by Benjamin Creme himself, as well as articles and statistics which reveal information which, if taken to heart, could save our souls and start us on a process of negotiation, truth and reconciliation, reparation and a huge collective effort to rebuild, redefine and re-orient people to sanity and a future for the Earth.
As Benjamin Creme’s Master wrote in ‘Humanity’s historic choice’ (Share International, March 2013): “The time for men to make their historic choice has arrived. Soon, men will come to realize that they must make a momentous decision, one which will determine the future for every man, woman and child, indeed the future for every living creature on Earth: a choice between continuous and ever-expanding creativity on planet Earth, or a devastating ending of all life, human and sub-human, on our planetary home. …
Only sharing and justice, We say, will bring the peace which, in their hearts, all men desire. Simple indeed is Our recommendation but, so far, difficult for humanity to grasp. Men have divine free will and are the masters of their fate. Share International has a reserve of unpublished letters which were confirmed by Benjamin Creme and his Master to be genuine encounters with Masters, or with a ‘spokesperson’.
On Saturday 15 July 2008, I was on my way home after attending a demonstration in London, called at short notice to object to the visit of George W Bush, his welcome by the Queen and invitation to dine with the British Prime Minister in the evening.
I felt a bit self-conscious standing there on the underground platform with people looking at my banner saying: “Sharing and justice will bring peace”. The train arrived at last and just as I moved towards the doors, I heard a voice at my side: “I see you’ve been to the demonstration then.” Once on the train I noticed that my companion was a middle-aged, studious-looking woman wearing very thick-lensed glasses. She had dark hair and was wearing a jacket covered in all kinds of activist badges. She leaned forward earnestly and started commenting on the large number of people who had attended the demonstration given the very short notice, and also on the excellent calibre of the speeches.
We discussed the speech of Mozzam Begg who had been held prisoner at Guantanamo Bay. He portrayed a cultured and intelligent person who had moved me to tears with the description of his treatment there. Another speaker was Walter Wolfgang, a socialist who had been arrested at a Labour Party Conference a few years ago. He said that people who came to the demonstration and those around the world who were sympathetic would make the future, while Bush and his partners would remain in the past. Another speaker said that the media were complicit in engendering deception in people living in the West by not reporting on the war in Iraq and the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and control of Gaza.
Then the woman told me an extraordinary thing: “The only areas of growth in America are the military and prisons.”
My stop came and I had to leave after saying goodbye. I would like to ask if this person was a Master?

USA – On 13 September 2023, a witness in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was driving and saw a very bright object, which appeared to drop quickly out of a dark cloud above the setting sun. The witness stopped his vehicle and took photos of the object, which he said moved unlike a plane or helicopter, and without any sound. (Source: ufocenter.com)

Dr Denis Mukwege, gynaecologist, Pentecostal pastor and philanthropist, may not have had specific policies to offer on 2 October 2023, when he announced his candidacy for the presidency of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), but there can be no doubt about his dedication, humanity and courage. Nor can there be any doubt about the support of thousands of Congolese women prepared to go to any lengths to support and protect him in his life-long mission of justice and healing. …
After he qualified in 1983, he started work as a paediatrician in Lemera hospital, near Bukavu, but changed to helping women as they often died needlessly due to lack of adequate care. He gained a masters degree in gynaecology and obstetrics in France in 1989 and such were his skills at reconstructive surgery that he became known as “Doctor Miracle”.
In the mid-1990s, Mukwege and his hospital were caught in the political and tribal crossfire of the Congo’s civil wars; many of his patients were women who had been gang-raped and horribly genitally mutilated. He refused to have government troops tell him whom he could and couldn’t treat and, in the end, had to flee for his life after the hospital was destroyed by Tutsi forces.
One year later (1998), he returned with his wife and daughters and, in 1999, started to rebuild in Panzi, a suburb of Bukavu, specializing in maternal and sexual health, and increasingly treating the harm caused by sexual warfare. In doing so, he found that he was not just fighting for women’s lives but fighting a patriarchy and a judicial system that was determined to ensure these crimes would continue unchallenged. In his view, the continuing conflicts were economic “and being waged by destroying Congolese women”. Though the DRC has vast mineral reserves such as copper, cobalt and gold, it is still one of the poorest countries in the world and riddled with corruption. …
A reluctant candidate
Mukwege has received many global honours for his work to end sexual violence as a weapon of war, including the Nobel Peace Prize in 2018 and the UN Prize in Human Rights. He’s been named in TIME magazine’s 100 “most influential people”. Still, he resisted calls to run for president.
Now that he has agreed to run in the 20 December election, his many supporters are delighted. He started his campaign for the presidency by saying: “What I am going to do is the continuation of my action and my commitment over the last 40 years in the service of my people”. He does not have the networks or money to buy influence, but he does have the support of all those who know that he has been tested to extraordinary levels for forty years and has kept his faith in them, as they have in him. As he says, “When [the] people decide to take power, no system can oppose it.”

If Americans Knew was founded by an American freelance journalist, Alison Weir, who traveled independently throughout the West Bank and Gaza Strip in February and March of 2001. What she saw and experienced was an eye-opener, since nothing like it was being reported in US media. In fact, the gap between the reality on the ground and the picture presented in the US press was very troubling. Americans were not being given the information the rest of the world knew. Has this situation changed? These questions continue to prompt Ms Weir now. Felicity Eliot interviewed her for Share International.
Share International: You and I have talked before, and a colleague of mine interviewed you some years ago (September 2006, September 2014); visiting your website again in October I’m struck by the plain factual presentation which allows the statistics to speak volumes for themselves. What could be clearer than graph after graph showing the injustice, inequality, oppression, marginalization — just plain insanity of the circumstances that are the daily reality in which Palestinians have been forced to live for decades, and which we, the world, have chosen to be blind to? Many will say: but we didn’t know; no one told us. And that’s the task you took on with If Americans Knew.
You have in-depth knowledge of the situation in Gaza and the West Bank. Is the current crisis unexpected?
Alison Weir: As you know, Palestinians have been living in a huge concentration camp, a pressure-cooker for at least 16 or 17 years. When I went there in 2001 it was already closed off then. But it has been going on far longer than many know. Most Americans, I think, don’t know.
SI: What I find staggering is the ignorance of politicians, leaders and the media; they seem ignorant of the history of the region, as if it suddenly erupted on 7 October. What about 1967, what about 1917 and the Nakba?
AW: I would say it started even before then with the First Zionist Congress in 1897. But to get back to today — it’s deeply problematic for Americans since the US government funds Israel, provides a shield for it in the international arena and Americans are probably the least well-informed for that reason. …
SI: People don’t know about the decades of oppression, humiliation, lack of respect, being robbed of your dignity daily, never mind your basic human rights — where every aspect of your life is controlled or limited by another power. How do you as a parent explain to your children their lack of opportunity, the poor conditions in which they must grow up and flourish? How to make sense for them of the bullying and humiliation they see you, their parent, being subjected to? And now it is unimaginably worse – absolute annihilation.
AW: What must it be like when you can’t even protect your children? When you have no rights? People who know acknowledge that Gaza is a huge concentration camp, but so is the West Bank. And to move around in the West Bank from town to town, there are check points everywhere — military-manned checkpoints. There is no free movement for Palestinians — not in the West Bank, not in Gaza. People need to remember that Palestinians are an imprisoned people. They are prisoners. Israel may let them in or out but they have no control over their own lives. Everything is determined by a foreign power. Imagine that in your own country. …
SI: Looking at it now, we must ask what is Israel’s intention. What is the end game? Could it be, let’s consider this hypothesis, that the terrible attack by Hamas provided the perfect opportunity for the current Israeli government and the warmongers to attack hard as punishment but then to continue and seize the moment to clear away all barriers to the establishment of ‘Greater Israel’. It seems that, to the war-cabinet, the only ‘good Palestinian’ is either a dead one or one who has fled ancestral lands for the diaspora. Is this theory wrong?
AW: The extreme Zionists want to get rid of the Palestinians.
SI: Do you mean the far right, the settlers, the extremists?
AW: Yes; but it’s not intelligent. People are beginning to wake up; they see what is happening — land grabs, violence, intimidation. I think people around the world won’t accept this much longer. Americans are starting to wake up. I live near San Francisco and just last weekend a protest march closed the Golden Gate Bridge. The last time that happened it was the Iraq war. …
SI: This is crucial and a blot on our civilization, a scar on our humanity: we are living in a time of rampant lawlessness. Every treaty, UN charters, Human Rights Declaration, every set of principles, the Geneva Convention, international laws — all are not simply ignored but blatantly and explicitly ignored. Crimes against humanity and dehumanization as the rule of law is flouted with impunity because they are backed by groupings and governments that see profit in war and mayhem.
AW: That’s right. And they buy people off while using my tax money to do it. They have bought off Jordan and Egypt. Fortunately, the people and the government are two different things; when governments are so blatant the people must make themselves heard. …
